Welcome to the Inner Trackers Journal

This journal documents the making of Tracking Triggers: From Reactivity to Responsiveness.

Over the next few months, I'll share excerpts from chapters in progress, test language and metaphors, post evolving diagrams, and name questions I'm holding about clarity, tone, or sequence. Think of it as a shared workbench—a place where the work can be looked at together while it's still taking shape.

Some entries will be polished; others intentionally provisional. Tracking, after all, happens close to the ground, before certainty sets in.

If you're an Inner Tracker—part of the early reader community receiving chapters as they're finalized—you'll get email notifications when new posts go live, and you're invited to engage with questions or observations that arise. Your editorial eye matters.

If you're reading along from the outside, welcome. You're invited to watch this work develop, and if you're curious enough to want the full manuscript before launch, you can join the Inner Trackers here.

This space is meant to support editorial engagement, not personal practice. When questions appear, they'll be about the work itself—how clearly an idea is coming through, whether a metaphor holds, or where something may still be muddy.

You're not being asked to fix anything or respond unless you want to. Reading quietly is a complete form of participation. If something stands out—a point of confusion, a phrase that sharpens or blurs the frame—you're welcome to share that impression however feels right.

In this sense, the journal extends the book's core practice: staying with the track while it's still fresh.

More soon.

John
